1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Jeans must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. How do I choose the right size?
Each product includes a detailed size chart. We strongly recommend measuring your waist, hips, and inseam and comparing with our measurements. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for comfort.
6. What materials are your jeans made from?
We use premium denim with high stretch content (usually 2–5% spandex/elastane) combined with cotton for the perfect balance of structure and comfort. Fabric composition is clearly listed on every product page.
7. Are the jeans true to size?
Most styles run true to size, but fit can vary slightly depending on the cut (skinny, straight, mom fit, etc.). Please check the “Fit” description on each product page.
8. Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes. We are committed to inclusive sizing and offer many styles in extended sizes. Please check individual product pages for available sizes.
9. How should I care for my jeans?
Machine wash cold inside out with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry to maintain shape and color. Avoid bleach and fabric softener.
10. Will the color match the pictures?
We make every effort to show accurate colors. However, slight variations may occur due to different monitor settings and lighting. Each product has multiple high-resolution photos.
11. Are the jeans stretchy?
Yes. Most of our jeans contain stretch denim for maximum comfort and flexibility while maintaining a flattering shape.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my jeans arrive damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
